What’s Included?

What you see is what you get! All I ask is that you clean yourself up, iron your clothes (use a lint roller if need be), bring your best outfits, and we’ll take it from there!

When will I get my content?
The finished work is to be delivered within 90 days of the service date.

How do I get my content?

I provide Cloud access to finished catalog for 60 days from date of completion. I can also provide a hard drive / flash drive of the content for an additional fee.

What File Formats do you provide?

I provide Hi-Res JPGs for Photos and MP4 files for Video content.

Do you offer the RAW files?

No, unless you’re hiring me as a helping hand on a professional project where the RAW files are an absolute must.

What payments do you accept?
Anything really (except for checks, sorry!). To make the date official, I do require a 20% retainer (non-fundable) two weeks before the shoot date, with the remaining balance due in full 72 hours before the agreed on shoot date.

Do you travel?

Yes I do! I’m located in Western Massachusetts but if you really want to work with me, send me a message, we can figure it out!

What is your cancellation policy?
A minimum of 14 days’ notice will be required.

What are your product guidelines?

You must deliver and retrieve your own products. If we’re shooting at the studio it needs to fit through standard doors and brought upstairs or fit through an elevator. If it’s valuable, I suggest insuring it as we will not be responsible for any damages during, before, or after the shoot.
